The villa is rented by combo only: Combo floor 1 & 2 or full 3-storey villa: no individual room rental and no guest sharing.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present valid identification:
National ID card, passport, and birth certificate for children (photos taken by mobile phone are accepted).
Karaoke and Pickleball court usage is allowed until 10:00 PM only to avoid disturbing nearby villas.
Please do not move or rearrange furniture that has been set up in the rooms.
If relocation is approved, all items must be returned to their original position upon check-out.
Strictly prohibited: gambling in any form, use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas), drugs, stimulants, or similar activities.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund, and guests will be held fully responsible under Vietnamese law.
Portable speaker rental is available at VND 300,000 / 4 hours.
Pets are not allowed on the premises of Queen Bee Villa.
Guests using the kitchen and dining area are responsible for cooking and washing their own dishes, unless dishwashing staff is hired.
A mandatory cleaning fee after check-out applies: VND 300,000 per group.
If you wish to order beer, wine, or light snacks at the poolside bar, please note this request when making your reservation.
Fishing at the on-site pond: guests must bring their own fishing rods; caught fish will be charged at market price per kilogram.
